This privacy policy sets out how Lubbers Logistics Group B.V. or its affiliated companies: Lubbers Transport Group BV, Lubbers Projects & Services BV, Lubbers Global Freight BV, Lubbers Benelux BV, Lubbers UK Ltd, Lubbers Germany Gmbh, Lubbers Denmark ApS, Lubbers Norway AS, Lubbers Romania Srl, Lubbers Italy Srl, Lubbers Turkey Transport Ltd STi, Lubbers Rigmoves & Pipelines Services BV and Lubbers@work BV (jointly: “Lubbers”) uses and protects any information that you may provide to us using our website and/or our services. We are committed to our client’s needs, and we foster reliable relations; based on our agreement with you or your company, we may need to process personal data for the following purposes:

  • To inform you about changes in our products and services

Lubbers does not store your personal data for longer than is strictly necessary to realize the purposes for which your data is collected.

Lubbers will only provide personal data to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of our agreement with you or your company or to comply with a legal obligation. With companies that process personal data in our assignment, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality that we offer.  

 

View, modify or delete data

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Lubbers. You can contact us with a request for access, correction, deletion or objection to the processing of your personal data. To protect your privacy and to ensure that the request has been made by you, we may ask you for identification. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but ultimately within four weeks.  

 

How we protect personal data

Lubbers takes the protection of personal data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you have the impression that there are indications of abuse, please contact us as soon as possible.

Do you have questions or complaints? You may file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. However, we care and take responsibility. Please let us know as soon as possible. You can contact us at any time.

Applicable law and jurisdiction

These user terms are governed exclusively by Dutch law. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these user terms, including disputes concerning their existence or validity, will be resolved by the authorized court in the North, location Assen, the Netherlands.
